Send your specifications and our export team will prepare the most suitable product and quotation. Attach a drawing or bill of quantities and we return an itemised take-off rather than a rate per square metre.
What happens next
From enquiry to container
Samples
Physical samples in the exact material, finish and thickness you intend to order. Typically 7–14 days plus courier time.
Approval
You approve the sample in writing. We retain half as the control against which finished goods are inspected.
Production
25–40 days for standard items, 30–60 for custom and cut-to-size, with production photographs at two stages.
Inspection
Finished goods inspected against the approved control sample. Third-party pre-shipment inspection welcome.
Packing
Packed on edge in ISPM 15 compliant crates, palletised and stencil-marked. Packing photographs sent before crates close.
Loading
Loaded to your destination port road-legal weight limit, blocked and braced, with loading photographs.
Documents
Commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, certificate of origin and fumigation certificate issued on departure.
Before you send
What makes a quotable enquiry
An enquiry that says "please send price list for natural stone" gets a generic reply, because there is nothing specific to price. Six things make an enquiry quotable:
- Material — by name where you know it, or by application where you do not.
- Finish — honed, bush hammered, flamed, split face, or "please advise".
- Size and thickness — or the drawing that determines them.
- Quantity — square metres, linear metres, tonnes or container count.
- Destination port — needed for any CFR or CIF quotation.
- Required delivery date — so we can tell you honestly whether it is achievable.
If you have drawings, a bill of quantities or a reference photograph, attach them. It costs you nothing and it changes what we can send back.
