Grey andesite coping with high wet slip resistance — the cooler-underfoot alternative for high-sun markets.
Product Overview
Andesite coping is specified where the pool deck sits in full sun and barefoot surface temperature matters. Its mid-grey reflects considerably more solar heat than the dark stones while still reading as a serious architectural material.
Bush hammered andesite carries an R11–R12 wet slip rating, which satisfies most hospitality liability requirements for pool surrounds. Profiles are machined in-house: bullnose, half bullnose, drop-face, square edge and rebated.
It pairs well with a darker pool interior — a common specification is a black lava or dark andesite pool floor with light grey andesite coping and deck.
