Product Overview
Carved stone screens are a defining element of tropical architecture: they filter harsh sun into pattern, allow air movement through a facade, and give privacy without closing a space off. They are also, structurally, the most demanding thing we carve.
Panels are produced from a vector file or dimensioned drawing. We assess the pattern for structural viability first — a perforation ratio that is too high will not survive shipping, let alone installation — and will tell you plainly if a pattern needs adjustment before quoting.
Standard thickness is 40 mm for a self-supporting panel; thinner where the screen sits inside a frame.
